View Lewis' lecture at Chautauqua Institution themed "Comedy And The Human Condition"

Spent a terrific week at Chautauqua Institution with Kelly Carlin, David Sternberg, Alan Zweibel, Kliph Nesteroff, W. Kamau Bell and Steve Morrison. The theme of the week was Comedy and the Human Condition, but it wasn't nearly that intense, not with this group. It was presented in conjunction with the National Comedy Center, which is soon to become a reality. I believe in its goals and look forward to it opening. And if it doesn't work, well it was important to give it a shot. I gave the opening address that week and here's what I had to say.
